This is a capacity building for club leaders and patrons. It involves empowering beneficiaries with skills, knowledge and attitudes necessary for the effective and efficient management of Youth Alive peer clubs in schools and communities. The programme focuses on;
-Leadership training for club leaders and patrons
-Conducting meetings
-Initiating, organizing and sustaining community focused activities methods of establishing linkages with other clubs / -organizations to influence action.
