Oh God our creator, thank you for the gift of my life and health and strength. I ask you to help me make responsible choices everyday of my life. Give me the courage to resist temptations and trials of (this world x2), to avoid risky choices that will endanger my life and that of the others. Oh God, help the youth of this country to love and support each other in promoting good behaviour, stable family life according (to your will x2). Amen
